Wherever abrasive material are transported in processing plant, the pipe and component walls are exposed to extreme wear, especially at and near bends. Effective wear protection is often necessary to prevent the pipe and components walls from being worn through.

The wear resistant lining can be Densit Wearflex/Wearcast, Fused Cast Basalt or High Alumina Ceramics – depending on the application.

All linings provide effective protection against wear from abrasive medias such as ore, ash, slag, sand, rice husk, coal, sinter and clinker.
